With StarCraft, League of Legends, DOTA2 and that one cripple VN dead, I think removing /vg/ is an option. They were the biggest offenders, with 10 threads up at a time.

Every single “rule” is just there so they have a reason to ban you. If you seriously think every user who says “nigger” catches a three day when you hammer that report button you need to either lurk five years before posting again or go back to whatever shithole website you came from.
