Check any of the inns or your GC barracks for the glamour dresser. You can set up plates here, which can be linked to gearsets. Setting this up for every job except BLU, NIN, and DRG will let you have a unique glamour for every battle job in the game.

You only have 15, but you can modify them anytime you are at an in. Adding things to the wardrobe costs a glamour prism, but changing the sets, and glamming things to them costs nothing.

You can use them for anything you want, like 15 different PLD glamours on the same gearset. But because there are 15 and 3 jobs use their own items, it's possible to set up glamours for all jobs if you wish to do so. The only caveat is for NIN, DRG, and BLU, you will have to revisit the dresser to update your glamour every time you get a new item since you won't be assigning them a plate.

Does Reshade heavily improve visuals or is it just higher contrast?

You can do some pretty intense changes to the visuals with it, from improved shading, altered color schemes, AA, sharpening, DoF, bloom and anything else you can think of really.
It just starts taxing your hardware pretty heavily if you use a lot of effects, so make sure you have a good PC if you don't want it to mess up your fps.

do your hall of novice quests at level 15 (the guy with the giant green icon over his head at your local inn)
it rewards the best gear for that level range and a ring that gives +30% xp, but most importantly it looks really nice
