This would have been better if it was structured more like a traditional Sonic game and wasn't filled up the ass with dialogue cutscenes. That said, I thought the jet ski minigame was pretty fun and enjoyed the Johnny races. All the vehicular exploration shit really should have been kept as an optional side thing instead of being forced on the player for basic progression.
I've also never understood why they didn't bother bringing the Jet Set Radio guy back to do the soundtrack if they were just going to copy his style anyway.
