This game is still pretty interesting, you get a whole bunch of characters when playing Campaign. You got teamkillers, people who never help when you're caught, people that steal all the medkits and pills/adrenaline, people who spam voicelines, rushers, and people who alert hordes on purpose. It's still pretty populated even today.

It's a solid game that still holds up.
Versus is only fun with friends, otherwise it's a bucket of cancer.
I more enjoy the survival type experience - playing realism on expert difficulty on countless of custom campaigns.

With friends and on realism only. If you're too familiar with the maps there are some pretty good user maps out there. Journey to splash mountain is good fun.

Yes, it is still healthy. I play it every weekend thinking that I should clock as much time now as I can before the game actually dies. Realism Expert, super hard servers, or Realism VS is where it's at.
