Also of interest: Dominique seems to be the third character after all. When they try to play as her, it defaults to Miriam but has Dom's normal model in the pause menu.

Same. I was pretty disappointed to 100% it so quickly but there's nothing left to do. I even grinded all my yellow shards to max for no reason whatsoever.
