You're basically always one step away from opening your retarded mouth and saying something so stupid you piss off the whole town and they all get together to play "lynch the retard". Speech checks that would be available to normal characters literally do not exist for 1 int characters and instead you spend the whole time conversing with a retard filter making quests harder than they have to be. You must use your retard strength instead and unga bunga smash your way to victory instead.

Fallout 2 is probably the best one to play as a retard in. They even have a few quests which you can only do if you're retarded. You're still locked out of almost all dialogue options which does limit certain quests and options but they still designed that game to be playable with retard options in mind.
