Graveyard keeper had hemp you could buy from a weird dude living in a barrel, and then grow as a crop. But you could only make the seeds into oil and make the hemp into rope.

Modern graphics can actually depict the pattern tearing/spatial disorienting/other common visual hallucinogenic symptoms.

the few times I've been high on weed it's like my brain goes from 60 fps to like 10 and everything just kinda spins to the side, would be pretty easy to emulate

It's purely a perception thing so there's really no way to emulate it
The closest thing you can do is slow things down and add simple dreamy filters
