bump

hearthstone is too much thinking, u wont be able to follow what u are listening to while playing well at the same time. u should be playing mindless, grindy shit like runescape, wow, basically any mmo. im playing ror2 as my "background game"

Some decks are pretty autopilot though

that street doesn't look like it has very good drainage

who cares nerd

Minecraft. there's a resurgence in its popularity
and it's pretty autopilot

You don't pick the game for the podcast, you pick the podcast for the game

>Minecraft. there's a resurgence in its popularity
how so?
single player was trash last i played, they unironically added too much stuff
nah m8, not gonna play a story driven game with a podcast in the background
or something too complicated

I fucking love that comfy 90s aesthetic

Dark Souls (1,2,3)
Rogue Legacy
Salt and Sanctuary
Hollow Knight
Mount and Blade: Warband
Terraria
Minecraft
Don't Starve
Banjo Kazooie (& Tooie)
Donkey Kong 64
Mario 64
Euro Truck Simulator 2
Risk of Rain
Kingdom
Bayonetta
DMC HD
XCOM
I could probably think of more, but that's all I can remember of the top of my head.
Also, pretty much every game once I've already finished it and I'm just getting the achievements I missed.

Euro truck simulator 2 is the best

Team fight tactics

if you don't like current single player you can revert to previous versions, and Minecraft is very grind-y in general which is good for podcasts.

For me it's Diablos, Total Wars, Mountainblade and various 4X games
Mostly after I've already played them for some time and got used to music, sound effects etc

If you play assfaggots, HotS brawl is great for that since it's just ARAM now. Warframe, killing floor, pretty much any old school shooter, X series, EDF, just cause 2, gathering jobs in FF14

yike

What about good podcasts to listen to while playing video games?

Youre on Yea Forums so Sleepycast is a must

rocket league

Ubishit. Only thing their checklist style design and piss-easy gameplay works for.

That looks like Portland, OR, which for some fucking reason, has no drainage despite it raining 90% of the time.

Are there any podcasts like Sleepycast? I must've listened to every episode at least twice now.

nah, brother. There just aint one anymore. Its such a perfect balance.

I've been listening to horror audiobooks and playing sunless sea

Bretty gud.

Majority of the east side was all farmland that was slowly pushed into as downtown portland (SW) grew larger and larger. Shit was tacked on as population expanded, there really wasn't any large scale planning for the residential areas as they pressed into rural areas.

Pretty good combo if you ask me, but SS is so fucking hard, i'm guessing you already have gone through most of the narration

Any horror audiobooks recs?

Good shit user, thank you

Doom

Stardew Valley's my go-to podcast game.

Yeah it looks like it could be near Division

Path of Exile

Factorio
Slipstream
Rogue legacy
BeamNG

Monster Girl Island

The music is too comfy and I can't focus on a podcast with music in the background.

mechagamezilla's mean bean machine

and his sequel podcast if you're inclined to pay for it

The sole reason I play LoL anymore is to have something to do while listening to podcasts. Once you've sunk enough time into the game you can play it on autopilot.

I either emu tetris or mario 3

this

is this a porn game?

I can't even play the binding of isaac without listening to someone talking

euro truck simulator 2

take a guess, also it's free

absolutely based
