I only got the one from Twin Blades Polnareff so far and from what I understand you get one from beating DIO at the end anyway.

You can get 2 badges pretty easy early on at the harbor and on Forever's ship, you can get one from both d'arby fights but they're nearly impossible to get and beating Dio nets you two

There's also one in the rolling stones maze, and there's a rare chance that Beating Dio will drop two badges (1 for him and his stand), so save scum that and go to the Rolling Stones Maze.

Also here's the bugfix for the first Dio fight if anybody needs it.

What, you're crashing just trying to start this fight? Funny, because I was stuck later in the last fight with Jotaro vs Dio because it still read me as being the first party member after setting me to 0 HP, so every time the fight started I instantly game over'd.
The Dio fight can just be sort of buggy. Someone posted a crash fix in one of the other threads we had about this game, so go on Fireden and find it and see if it works for you.

The Tyde manipulates air currents and forces your plane on a straight line to the ground so you have 10 turns to defeat him before you crash, and he also uses the current manipulation to redirect Kak's Emerald Splash (translated into the game in the form of him being able to use it as an attack, which hits like a truck).

I've run some tests on the Personality Evaluation after my issues with Pharaoh Sanders last night and it turns out the only way to get all 4 loops correctly is to pick a Stand that goes forward through the alphabet (i.e, A-> B, B-> C, etc.). Any attempt to go in reverse is met with consistently getting the wrong Stand. For example, trying to get Pharaoh Sanders ends up with pushing the G sub-letter above E and netting The Joykiller. Running this Evaluation through the correct alphabetical order results in perfect results as I was able to get Quicksilver (A/B), Pixies (B/C), Specials (C/D), Miracles (D/E), Howlin' Wolf (E/F), The Joykiller (F/G), Ocean Blue (G/H), Red Garland (H/I), and Adam Ant (I/A) all perfectly with a good boost to base stats. In order to get any of the combinations that go in reverse order through the alphabet you have to cut off the loop early and miss out on some stats.

Miracles' early game is great due to his very strong elemental attacks. It's his midgame that's lacking because he doesn't have access to good damage nullification abilities nor does he have good attacking abilities.

Nothing at all. Rainbow-chan doesn't even have a purpose of being in the game until Chaos mode beyond just being some OC Stand User who ironically can't even control her stand and you don't even find this out until you enter the debug room you can beat. There's no special interaction with her and the MC doesn't even have lines wiith her.

You really can't unless you fucked with the graphics. RPGMaker can handle some text changes since it's not as sensitive as a console game translation where there's word wrap and all that shit to worry about.
Sides if the majority of the changes are Chaos exclusive you could just slap a line about how Translation is still on going on whatever triggers the mode and people can deal.

There are things that are half implemented like the clubs and stuff though. Once I get japan done, I'll release a quick patch.

No, they don't control the same at all. Hol Horse's bullets are all still part of Emperor, they can move indicative to his will like any Stand. Mista has a normal gun with normal bullets that his Stand ride and ricochet. Sex Pistols isn't a gun like Emperor, it's just a really shitty swarm-type Stand.

Hol Horse can freely control where his bullets go because they're part of Emperor, but he seems to have less range. Mista has to rely on the Pistols to kick whatever bullet he fires if he misses and needs to change trajectory, but he seems to have more range

so what're saying is that hol horse's stand is a gun and that mista's stand is bullets that can adapt to any kind of gun

what would you name a stand that can morph objects into a sphere shape that then transforms back when out of the users range.

bruh just make your own part 4 game, designing stands isn't too hard and it will would be miles better so long as you put in first person battles

What difference does it make if I either:
Fight polnareff myself,
Have everyone gang up on him,
Just have Avdol fight him?

And if I don't fight him myself do I just not get exp?

Having Avdol fight him gets a FP with Avdol, fighting him yourself gets you FP with everyone but is difficult if you aren't properly leveled/have a bad stand for it.
