Yes. There are set "seeds" to the game he cheated on. When you finish a bout you are 100% guaranteed a specific drop at specific intervals. You can see the first move the AI makes in a match and correctly know what the drop will be based on the seed. Only his run doesn't match the seed function all other runners of that game know inside and out. Also, the pixels. He did a sloppy job covering his tracks on top of outright creating scenarios that literally cannot happen.
