DDD, imo that's where the story completely when ape shit and eclipse all the good stuff about it.

The story's need to make Sora not a murderer. All this reincarnation bullshit has made it literally impossible to follow short of owning the Playstation megamix the series.

Dropped it at the final boss when I realized I was underleveled and my deck was too small. I was already fucking sick of it long before then but knowing I would have to grind AND redo the entire last floor made me Nope out and watch the ending on YouTube.

The lighting is a big issue. Everything is too bright, which makes the characters too pronounced. It's also way too cluttered on the right half of the box, but they wanted every protagonist, so because of those two issues, you get a 5/10 cover.

No contrast. Everything is light and colored. Cluttered group of characters on the right with no defining main hero. KH1's cover had a clear contrast between the lit up Kingdom Hearts and the blue tinted characters. Sora in the middle of the heart, as the clear main hero. Also more focus on them than surrounding buildings.
