I actually looked this video up yesterday. Don't know why the sky captain came to mind after 20 years. Weird.

OH MY FUCKING GOD. MY VERY FIRST PS2 GAME FUTURE COP LAPD

Yea boi

>PS2 game

That said did anyone actually manage to finish Future Cop? I remember getting stuck pretty far in the game. The game was hard as balls

I finished several times. I remember never using any of the other main weapons but the machineguns because mowing niggas down with them was too satisfying.

Ia that even a character from the game? It would improve it.

No. They usually just did different covers back then to make it appeal more to that region

Are you kidding? That game was hella popular back in the day.

The devs who made this game ended up making the Dead Space franchise. EA eventually killed them ofcourse.

>The devs who made this game ended up making the Dead Space franchise

Really? Huh.

Yeah, Future cop was their first game under a different name.

Any good isometric action games?

nothing can top this

The last ghost recon on the first xbox also had split screen mode.

Red Faction 2 was fucking great for this. Up to four players on split screen plus room for two bots of adjustable difficulty levels. Something like 20 multiplayer stages, all almost fully destructible (in a 2002 console shooter no less), with a wide variety from city streets and industrial places with fan blades to fall into, to floating platforms in space that you could potentially blow up and trap players on. A huge spread of weapons from standard pistols to multiple kinds of mines and grenades and explosives, to straight up cross-map through-walls railguns, and you could pick and choose to turn spawning on or off for every gun (so if you wanted a match of pistols and remote mines, you got it). Plus you could play as any character model from the game, including all the mooks and civilians.

STOP SCREENWATCHING

the first and the third hunter the reckoning are 4p games. The second on the ps2 only allows 2 players.

I want to thank you guys for bringing up games I forgot about, I thought I was the only one to play robo cop or early red faction

This game is proof that splitscreen can fix it
