If that's the case, then an absolute 0 in any stat would be horrifically underpowering yourself for no reason. The optimal build is

By having physicals be below average but having double the average intelligence and above average charisma you should be able to coast through most difficult situations. STR and AGL can be trained over time so they're dump stats and a noob trap to put points into, DEX is a bit harder but you can still get slightly better with it. You can fake CHR, but it's simpler to just have it be above average and use INT to get by with what you can't charm your way through, PENIS is an unchangeable metric without surgery so it's in your best interest to strike an average, 6 inches is enough and there's no need to flex on retards who don't have as much INT as you and probably have smaller penises anyway.
