Epic's service is just worse. It took them months to get a search function working. They still have no cloud saves or even a shopping cart. Their prices are no better than Steam's, and they're even more expensive in many parts of the world.
The only reason we're still talking about them is that they're burning through Fortnite money and throwing megabucks at publishers to get their games exclusively on their platform. And as any reasonable person knows, forcing people to use an inferior service doesn't make for very happy customers.
This is all made worse by their retarded PR, full of absolutely transparent, self-serving lies. Tim Sweeney, their CEO, is still pretending that he's Jesus's second coming, here to save PC gaming from big bad Steam. His lies are so bad, that it's impossible to take anything that comes out of his mouth seriously. Unless, of course, you're a brainlet or a shill. And having so many of them spam the board with completely retarded shilling does absolutely nothing to endear them to anyone.
