The screen fades to black after a successful grab and then seeing a bunch of "pops" meant to be blows in the middle of the screen and the opponent lying down exactly like in a fatal raging demon.

Bayonetta's power is tied to her hair, as all of her combo finishers result in a wicked weave to leaves her temporarily naked until recovery. Her being naked is supposed to mean she took so much damage she temporarily lost her powers.

He seems to have a fairly good sense of storyboarding and direction. It's not just two flat stick figures next to each other speaking. There's use of the foreground, background, scale, positioning, and even the pacing is better if you read the chapters in bulk.

And I doubt child emperor could pass the physical with anything other than average results.

I'm just starting reading the webcomic from where the manga left and just read the explanation to that. Pretty much almost all of the current S-Class heroes started as C-Class before S-Class was even created, so is easy to think Child Emperor passed the written exam with over a perfect score, which caught the interest of the Association.

By the time Genos applied, they surely already had some records about how destructive he was so him passing with a perfect score just helped him to hop all the way to S-Rank without even touching A-Rank.

The art isn't bad if it conveys the message and you understand it
