SJW pro homosexuality Reddit trash.

Don't start on Tactician. You must know the game inside and out before attempting it.

A pretty fun game. Get a friend to join you if you can

D:OS2 is better and a 9/10 game.

D:OS is just 7/10 at best.

Both games are 10/10

wrong

Why am I only picking up inert stones instead of Blood stones? What am I doing wrong?

I bought the Eternal edition, so I have that too. Should I just skip D:OS?

Lot of Divinity threads lately.

Steam sale happened. Threads for non-new releases tend to crop up pretty often after one.

Stepping on traps and instantly dying because your perception isn't 10+

a much better game than the sequel

yup

>20 hours in
>Constantly dying, Lost and the game still hasn't grabbed me

Is this one of those games that "gets better after 50 hours" or some shit? Should I just whip out a guide? I got a bit sidetracked during the murder investigation and now I have no fucking clue what to do now.

Can't be a Skeleton in the first game, therefore it cannot possibly be higher than a 7/10, meatbag.

this tbqh. 'xD' overload

How are your characters built?

seconding this question. I need a Blood Stone to heal Alfie but every Stone I picked up was inert

how much was it?

It's been a bit since I last played the game, but I remember making one of my main characters a battlemage at first, but I just dropped that shit and gave him a staff instead. Thankfully I gave him that healing hydro spell since every other way of recovering health is a pain in the ass.

My other character is a ranged character that specializes in crossbows, she also has flare. Usually use it alongside my mage's rock drop spell to set an area on fire. The other two characters in my party are Madora and Bairdotr.

>Crossbows
Don't do that, they have slightly higher damage than bows but the movement penalty makes them a hindrance.

bairdotr is so fucking cute, I don't care how she smells

A great game. The sequel is better in every aspect but they're both amazing, I'm glad I got to experience D:OS before I started with D:OS2.

Just don't expect hand-holding or a functional quest log, you really have to pay attention to get some of the quests done. Just reading dialogue too lazily too often may soon get you to a point you'll have to google around to figure out where the fuck you're supposed to even be

Not doing anything wrong. You'll find out why later.

You know the first big town you get to? That's the whole game

Depending on what characters and builds you use, you might need a few mods. Like for starters, recipes for all arrow types, ones that make food last a bit longer and diversify the bonuses it gives, and one or two to un-nerf spells that got gimped in EE.

Sunday cartoon wackiness, great combat, and a world that for the most part adapts to what you do. Don't look up a guide, you don't need it. Just do things and let things happen to you.
Crowd control is king.

Man imagine being as bad at the game as you

You are a mouthbreathing retard without standards if you hand out 10/10s like that.

A game that is a 7/10, but still better than D:OS2.

$13 CDN, Just bought it myself because I enjoy the second one a fair bit.

>got a bit sidetracked during the murder investigation
Let it stay that way, main plot in divinity is ultimate boner-killer.

Tbh yes. I never beat dos2 but i at least made it much further than dos1. Dos1 i dropped after 30 minutes because the cringe writing was so bad

BE THE BIG CHEESE ON YOUR BLOCK WITH A WHEEL OF THE GOOD STUFF

skip this and play 2

its better in every way

shit memes and alright gameplay, shit balance and too long game. play it with a friend to have atleast some fun
