Pretty much all curry is good but the range that you'll like is dependent on your spice tolerance.

Japanese Curry is very savory, somewhat sweet and is honestly closer to a stew than a curry, but it is delicious, it's one of the few curries that I think is actually made worse the more spice you add to it.

Just get one of these, throw your meat and onions on a pan or whatever (I use a wok so I can use the one pan for the entire process) boil your veggies in water then throw the blocks in and stir until it's thick, it's super easy.

I love everything about these except that the english measurements are in fucking imperial regardless of where you're buying it.

Not a fan for Jap curry, ones I've had were too sweet for my liking. Malay and Burmese curry is real good shit though.
