Okay but seriously, is this series even played anymore? After 3, the overarching narrative basically tanked in favor for the history lessons. As someone who enjoyed the modern day story, it has been severely lacking. I always imagined they would have buildup to a modern day Assassin's Creed game. But wouldn't you know, Ubisoft is milking Desmond's bloodline just like Abstergo is

If Desmond hadn't died, this series would still be good.
