what does infinite heaven even do

Fuck is it worth getting just for that mod? And is it easily configurable?

Personal taste, but I would get a mod to make V have Grey hair. It looks fantastic. Also be sure to load up the custom music folder with good shit, makes the game a lot better imo.

Not them but from what i can see you just tweak numbers or on/off in a drop-down text menu while playing. Then once everything is tweaked you can just play and forget about it.

Where does custom music apply, helicopter and cassette tapes? Seems like it would ruin the silence and tension of sneaking moments.

Casette tapes. Heli music is selected through the casette tapes as well (open walkman in the ACC and push square on the song you want to set.)
After you really get to grips with MGSV and shed things like reflex mode and guns there is a very primal joy in swiftly infiltrating to some jams. Trust me, there's enough filler that the game needs something to break up the hours and hours of dead quiet sneaking.

Why would you want mods for GZ? it's just one base and revered because it's the only vanills map with good balancing. Mofs exist to balance the rest of MGSV, that's the whole point. GZ was already perfect.

I'll believe that Kojima's email message to Kenji Yano stating that you have to write Venom since he's you and fill the gap between MGSV and MG1 is true over any looney bullshit coming from the brainlets of this board (who can only speak with their feelings) that the coinciding sheeple ritually propagandize like crazy.

Just because that was his intention doesn't mean he succeeded, trust the consensus of hardcore fans when they instinctively say they were disappointed eith the story.

The reason this gambit of Kojima's failed so hard is that he seemingly failed to realise there already exists a genre where you effectively write your own character and their story, RPGs. This mistake isn't unique to Kojima, as even his compatriots specialising in (Japanese) role-playing games usually forget to add much roleplaying to their games. But this still means that the story falls flat because players expect that if a story is going to be so minimal then it should at least allow the player to fill the blanks in mechanically with roleplaying, since it's a game not a movie. Kojima designed a roleplaying narrative but failed to match it with roleplaying gameplay (instead there is a completely pointless character creation feature).

At least they gave us the choice for my LARP Big Boss to go full warmonger and hoard nukes like Big Boss, and the ability to hack in a mod for removing the demon horn mechanic to nicely pair with that.
Although I like big, giant, shiny horns and being entirely covered in blood, so I frequently alter between having said mod disabled and enabled.

Well, if for example you find MGSV repetitive in 80 hours, then Infinite Heaven will probably at the very least extend it to 800 hours. Infinite Heaven does a lot of things but it can only do so much before you get tired of seeing all the same things over and over.

The point I'm trying to make is that since Big Boss is a title and titles can not be real, there is no such thing as "the real Big Boss".
