it wasn't designed to look like shit, all of minecraft's art is literally generic placeholder art that notch was going to fix later but then it got popular and he then had literally 0 reason to ever put any effort into the game ever again
remember how frequent updates for the game were when it was a literal who game he had to shill on Yea Forums? people made speculations about what the next secret friday update was going to be and people planned out actual game content for it
A full decade later and there's barely been anything added to the game on the scale of what notch added to it in the early days, just "here's a zombie with a new piece of clothing" or some shit

Compared to other bathrooms? Not terribly much. It's pretty large as far as bathrooms go but the tile is anything but expensive.

It's not even really a "game" in my opinion, it's more like an early concept demo with concept art.

Builds like this just make me lonely. They've really got to add meaningful NPCs that move into houses like Terraria.
