I really hated how frequently the cutscenes interrupted the gameplay.
Other than that, the story and setting, I loved it. 10/10

The fat cop character is max from another time line

Hate with a passion the way Rockstar hand-waives away the Valkyr chronicles and everything in the first two games with "everybody drops dead in the end." They could have made a much better segue than what they provided.

That said, Rockstar's level design really shines once you get out of those cramped starter areas.
