They're supposed to be reused, dimwit. Venom is 1:1 to Naked.
It's just that OP is questioning why the hair strands surrounding Naked and Venom's ears differ, and the answer is obviously that Venom's head model is carried over from a beta version of Naked's and OP could have easily figured that from the picture he posted, making asking the question unnecessary.
Nevertheless, OP chose to go full sperg and ask the question anyway.
