I think Tetsucabra can inflict it with his spit globs, but the chances of him hitting you with that attack are almost non-existent anyway

I just looked it up, you're right. All variants of tetsu can.
I don't think I have ever gotten hit with that attack.

Honestly, when I first saw it, I thought it would use the Soiled status since corpses tend to stink.

In the old games, healing items were much more valuable. You couldn't afford to get hit AT ALL because potions weren't sold in the store until the endgame, and mega pots were out of the question since there were no farms.

Nowdays hunters pop multiple healing items per hunt and still think they're hot shit. Fucking casuals. No wonder the speedrunners "banned" Heroics.
