Don't care, I was already leery of Hi-Rez after they killed Tribes, this was them showing their true colors, only a fool would still play Paladins.

I only enjoyed Overwatch for one month. How will Paladins get me to stay on for longer?

Paladins is a lot faster paced. The maps are a lot smaller so you don't have to waste time slowly walking from spawn to where the action is actually happening.
Rather than the offense/defense/tank/healer system that Overwatch uses, it organizes things into
>front line(equivalent to tanks in the sense they often have some shielding ability and can soak up hits better)
>damagers(ranging from middle-of-the-line assault rifle users to snipers to projectile weapon users)
>flanks(higher mobility heroes meant to get around or fuck with formations)
>support(Heal, also buffs/debuffs)

I would say the big thing is that Paladins definitely is more combat-focused than Overwatch in that pretty much everybody involved regardless of role is going to be blasting away at the enemy, and combat is also much faster. Healers shouldn't be fucking dueling damagers or wandering off by themselves, but they're still going to be more proactive than their counterparts in OW.

It also definitely embraces the MOBA feel a lot more with stuff like the card system letting you tweak heroes.

I wasn't expecting an actual response, but you've convinced me.

Also I think the undersold the card system and general customisation of the champs along with the variety in their kits, most of them can be changed dramatically without sacrificing their main identity so it's a really fun design.
