I am currently in Texas and during my 12 hour or so flight here I played my 3DS quite a bit on the plane. No one gave a fuck. In fact there was an older woman sitting next to me who kept watching me play my game and would occasionally ask me what was happening. It was kind of difficult to explain, but it was also kind of fun.
