Bringing her back doesn't wake her from the dreamsleeve, it just takes her sleeping soul and puts it into the Aurbis. Think about what a being still connected to the sheer creation element of reality, but able to operate within it.

That is the same thing Dagoth Ur was up to. He wasn't an Aedra or Daedra or Et'ada at that point, but he could have reshaped reality to literally make himself one (or above them) if he wanted, with a thought. That is why he had to be lockpicked.
