When I was first about to play VI I was thinking about the boxart and going “Cool, Terra must ride a monster in this game”. And then the frozen esper plotline gets going and I’m like “oh, that must be the monster she rides”. And then Terra doesn’t ride a monster for the rest of the game and I find out after finishing it that it was just a stylized version of the mechsuit.
