Yes but most of it is minor details, and most of the stuff that's obviously hidden is stuff that's suboptimal to completing the game anyway. Most people don't even know you can go to maid cafes and do the crossword puzzles at LeBlanc. You'll get introduced to almost all of the important stuff. The only real challenge is figuring out which order to do things so you can get everything done by the time the story ends.
