The Great Debate
Justin Turner
Gabriel Sanders
san andreas is the superior game but V didn't do bad considering it had to put up with the biggest hype ever and make up for IV not being san andreas 2
Dominic Davis
vice city is better than both
Nathaniel Wilson
>make up for IV not being san andreas 2
That's what I loved about IV. It wasn't all over the place like SA or V.
Elijah Ward
This one
Jaxson Taylor
San Andreas is way better, GTAV is boring as sin
Kevin Reyes
no it's not, it's complete shit aside from the OST.
Henry Harris
Not even a contest between those two, some "debate" you got there.
Dominic Robinson
someone post that pic please, you know which one
Levi King
>san andreas is the superior game
lolnope all the PS2 GTAs play terribly.
Liam Rivera
Blake Howard
And 3 rules over them all from it's kinothrone.
Wyatt Bennett
Debate!
Oliver Perry
The latter had kino surfer rock.
Caleb Martinez
GTAV is better SAN Andreas is boring as sin.
Owen Parker
SA because its story isn't all over the place. SA takes you everywhere but the story has a clear endgame. I am currently replaying GTA5 and even though I know how it ends, I forget how the story even gets there.
Both games are 10s though
Dylan Bennett
Dead Rising only because it was a full game
but man UN was fun as hell
Christopher Rivera
GTA SA's story is unfocused too, i practicly forgot everything that happened from the moment you left San Fiero to the end mission
its still better than GTA V because atleast SA makes up for it in content and better world design
Christian Powell
>SA because its story isn't all over the place.
Except that's not true. SA's story is all over the fucking place.
Connor Reyes
don't understand the SA map. since when is vegas next to the ocean?
Julian Hughes
Been waiting for a new thread, post your online thots
Matthew Johnson
okay
Christopher Carter
SA story has a concrete goal
>First part is trying to find Cj mom's killer
>Find his mother's killer and get betrayed
>Next objective is saving Sweet
>Frees Sweet, and is rich as fuck, but because Sweet is a fucking retard about muh hood
>Final objective is taking the hood back so that your brother would fuck off.
Playing through GTA5 and its feels like they had a bunch of ideas for story missions, but very few actually mesh well in the grand scheme of things.
Jose Gonzalez
Did Carl owning a repair shop even help in the grand scheme of things?
Daniel Clark
SOULLESS vs SOUL
Jayden Clark
It was a prize for race and the reason he got a hold in San Fierro.
Chase Adams
GTA V's story is abysmal and has no likable characters outside of Lamar.
Ryder Rivera
No one is debating this, SA is the far superior game. The real debate is VC vs SA with black horse contender IV.
Caleb James
That and 5 didn't really have much of a central story at all.
You don't learn about the Big One until much later in the game.
It pretty much all started cause Micheal tore that guy's condo in half, which involved Franklin. Which then led to Trevor eventually finding out Micheal was alive and living in Los Santos.
Kevin Roberts
GTA V
>Jump,do any shit
>Almost die
>Cops go for you
>They are slow af so not fun
GTA SA
>Jump,do any shit
>10% of health drained
>Cops go for you
>They are considerable faster and it's fun fighting them
Fuck GTA V, isn't even fun playing that shit
Ryan Fisher
No. As much as I enioyed and had fun with VC. It is not better than SA or V. V is probably the biggest let down because of how overhyped it is and the terrible direction they took it. But VC i so bare and generic after a while. I would like VI to be set in VC though.
Nolan Morgan
I want to replay the gta series but they removed a bunch of the songs I liked
Landon Rivera
There is nothing fun about standing on rooftops shooting at waves of zombie in Undead Nightmare, Dead Rising even with the time limit is far more fun.
Isaac Cox
based Claude, would slaughter CJ if it wasn't for Catalina
Andrew Carter
RUNNIN
DOWN A DREAM
David Taylor
Sneed
Hudson Roberts
this is why gta sa felt bigger
Isaiah Edwards
if you have them on steam it takes like 1 minute to downgrade them and put the songs back in
Elijah Richardson
i still haven't finished 5 because its dreadfully boring
>keep your weapons after death
>retry missions from checkpoints
>whole focus seems to be heists
>no good radio stations
>most entertaining missions are the side freak guys
the only thing 5 has going for it imo is that it has online and looks nicer
Colton Carter
>HUGE JACKMAN?????!!!!!
Justin Watson
>>keep your weapons after death
>>retry missions from checkpoints
eh, these aren't bad things imo
Benjamin Ward
>no good radio stations
God the Rock radio station in V is the most basic playlist I've ever heard and I listen to mainstream Rock radio at work every day.
Evan Gray
SA is INFINITELY better, played the shit out of it, got bored of V after a week
Liam Watson
V is more fun in the aspect that you've got a ton more of stuff to do than in SA because of obvious reasons.
But I agree that SA has a more varied map. On SA you've got Los Santos, Las Venturas and San Fierro, and Blaine County and the Nevada desert are two separate sections.
V is just Los Santos, a big fucking piece of nothing and then a 4x4 town in the middle of nowhere.
Ayden Sullivan
Carl owning a repair shop allows him to start up a legitimate business and become an entrepreneur. He starts growing from SF and calling the shots by the time he reaches LV.
