Ghost Recon Wildlands is pretty good at making you feel like an operator with minimal effort
Keep the difficulty under the highest settings and you can pretty much play how ever you want. You can run and gun or stealth kill the entire base.
You can cosplay your characters into different gear styles.
A bunch of pretty neat weapons and gear is behind expensive micro transactions, but I'm putting my money on the fact that there'll be some sort of goty edition coming out before Breakpoint.

This is one severely underrated game. Picked it up and man it's so fun and awesome learning this much. Not sure how accurate this is to life, but I've never had a resource tell me about every single part of a gun before, so this is as best as it gets aside from owning one.
