Did burnout die because mid 2000s punk/indie died?

Easily Revenge. It's more convenient listing the bad songs because there were so many good ones.

It died because Criterion got dumped into making Need for Speed games and handling vehicles in Battlefield titles.

What did Paradise even have? Like a handful of good songs by Alice in Chains, LCDS, Killswitch Engage, and Make Good Your Escape. There wasn't enough loud, fast and/or aggressive music.
