roll is a redux, some maps are redesigned slightly to accomodate her different movespeed and attacks, but generally she's the same. Other costumes aren't changed from either megaman or roll, whatever base they use.

It's just so fucking abusable to score easy counters.

Star Force was harder than BN because of the lock-on, it made you way too vulnerable since the game had contact damage and you're uncontrollable for a little longer on account of having to move, attack, and then move back rather than just attack. Your timing didn't have to be as perfect with BN since you stayed in your own movement area.

Yes. The .cia versions are anyways. The normal version I believe have patches that fix specific bugs and removed content.

Ice Man's operator in BN1 made sense since he was just getting blackmailed. Other than that there are a lot of villains that are good intentions + a tad of retardation. Anetta in BN3 comes to mind.
