If you like puzzle games and your phone's on the smaller side, Dr. Mario World is pretty goddamn solid. I expected the worst based on the similarities to most mobile shit but it's surprising the hell out of me. At the very least it's a solid palate cleanser between games.
>losing your dominant hand
Damn, I'm sorry, you're out of any intensive game.
You can still emulate just about any turn-based rpg and map the controls to your right hand though.
GOTTEM
Lemmings
Civ games can be played with just the mouse.
looking at my games you can play
>Runescape
>C&C or any RTS really just gonna be a lil slow because some abliltes require you to use the keyboard on some games
>Any civ game
>any Sim game (EA Sims not simulator)
>getting over it (that game where you play a guy in a pot and swing a hammer around)
Any card or board based game(poker, monopoly etc)
Or run a phone emulator and play some mobile games if you are desperate enough
Most turn based games can be played with one hand if you are patient.
You can also rebind the attack options from mouse click to keyboard keys on some real time games, I remembered doing that to play Dark Souls back when my arm was in a cast.
one finger death punch is a decent time killer and takes a lot of attention until you get used to it
I played and finished neverwinter nights 2 and risen 2 when I was recovering from my shoulder surgery.
The only downside is the pause menu can't be bound to the mouse.
Fallout 1 and 2. Really, any turn based game is perfect for one handed gameplay. Why else do you think so many porn games are in rpg maker? They thought ahead and had thoughtful design.
earthbound was made to be played with one hand if you've never played that
