If you beat the final boss in Rondo you can beat drac in SoTN since the physics are far more forgiving.

Rondo Dracula is pretty easy, you're fault using Hydro Storm when the Cross can easily get rid of his flames. You can even jump over them if you get the timing down.

Just backflip over his Hellfire. The second phase is pretty easy considering he floats in the air for ages, he can't aim his fireballs, and he only shoots the lightning from the left side of the screen. He'll even have to slowly slide back to do the lightning at times, leaving him extremely open, and it looks awkward to boot.

Try not to use Item Crashes in the Rondo battle. They seem to throw him off his otherwise highly easy to avoid jumping positions.
