Finally bought the expansion after previously putting 100 hours into the vanilla game when it came out.
The assassin chosen is such fucking bullshit. I eventually beat her, but her invisibility and her ability to avoid any reaction fire meant I had to sit around and wait for her to severely hurt and stun one of my units before I could do anything, and that's IF she doesn't run all the way to the other side of the map, which she usually does.
So fucking unbalanced. The other two chosen were a joke compared to her.

I still haven't played WotC because of that

Assassin is probably the hardest, but her invisibility is completely countered by the Reaper ability that makes enemies permanently visible once spotted.
A lot of things are completely countered by Reapers, actually.

so far that was the bigges fuck up of the campain so iam think i doing fine

I tried that ability but it did fuck all. At best I could see her when she ran to the other side of the map, but once her cloak was activated I could no longer see her.

I love X-Files, but god damn, sometimes it's so tedious,

I miss being able to shoot UFOs out of the sky, and abducting aliens to bring to Vahlen's notDungeon.

I like the early game feel, when it's just Mulder and Scully in a shitty rental car. I kind of wish there was a mod that made new XCOM like that.

Yeah, late game stuff is hot shit too. I like how you start as a shitty FBI ripoff and later became megacorporation that dealth with ayy's. But later game trow too much crap at you.

Damn how the hell is it so big? I thought it was a tactics game. Now I'm rethinking about getting the game.
