Platformer Adventure Beat-em-Up game, where you get talismans by defeating bosses, completeing story quests, and solving puzzles. Then you use the talismans to fight better and to solve puzzles. Maybe you could be limited to using only 2 or 3 at a time so you don't break the game. Each talisman has its own special ability during combat that can be adventageous during certain battles.

Drop 100, and hide 12 Talismans in the map at Random, objective is to collect all 12 to win (rather than last man standing), Talisman abilities can be powerful, but have a limiter (like Chi), so stuff like immortality and healing work as should, provided you have the Chi for it. All fighters use specialized Chinese Martial Arts.

Easily but it's all subjective since you end up with a scenario where those talismans are either 12 unique entities and combined they become something more or you straight up scrap that concept and they are just decorations you make someone gather.
Regardless you are left with a scenario that someone needs to become the special snowflake.

This is the kind of person that sees a box of lucky charms in a super market and starts shooting people.

The only problem is that with large multiplayer games like that, it's hard to balance those kinds of effects and not have them feel weak or nerfed as shit so the game stays competitive. I think if there was a game based on JCA the talismans should feel strong as all fuck to use.
