In all seriousness, there are a ton of QoL and quest mods dotting Nexus but nobody seems to talk about them since a.) 4's popularity as a modding platform was dwarfed by Skyrim's rerelease and b.) Creation Club reshaped the landscape of the modding community in the worst way possible. We've got mods being broken on a constant basis due to constant updates, users censoring their own works to build a portfolio to Bethesda and others who just got mad and deleted their works altogether. It wasn't worth the trouble and it makes me sad to see the game unable to reach heights like Skyrim in its hayday. Bad choices all around.

honestly the weapon modding scene is incredible. I haven't used a vanilla gun since my first playthrough.

A lot of the weapon designs in 4 were so atrocious it's difficult to think the community could do worse. I feel like Bethesda only went with certain designs to look good with the new Power Armor system, but gave up after the 10mm and Assault Rifle.
