I don't actually like playing as any of the third party reps aside from Ryu and Ken, but I think most of them are good choices. Banjo kids were Reddit though and still seem to be to this day.

You realize Fatal Frame is published by Nintendo now, right? Otherwise, Joker would have to be moved to a separate spot for Atlus, especially since Atlus actually did need to be added to the game's main copyrights list, while that never happened for Platinum for Bayonetta.

Does Yuri even really count? Nintendo has partially owned Fatal Frame for years and she's from one of the games they helped make. Also you left out Rodin.
They have most diverse content overall when you factor in all the references in Pac-Man's moveset and roulette taunt, the Namco medleys, and the items. I get it still looks kinda bad having Pac all alone though.
