Any character can become any class, if you train their stats enough to qualify.

All of your students start off as Noble/Commoner and promote upwards from there. Anyone can be any class as long as they meet the requirements to promote into that class, although students have things they're good and not good at.

I highly doubt that, but they really haven't shown people the extent of the online features.

This looks like it'll be radically different from the other FEs.
FE7, Sacred Stones, and Awakening are probably your best bets for baby's first FE, and I personally lean towards 7 because the tutorial is unskippable and slow so you might as well get it out of the way.
Fates is alright too from a gameplay and music perspective but all the other parts are too bad for me to recommend.

Hey, Wind Waker still looks good because of the care put in the artstyle and everything melding together, nobody in WW looks out of place.
You can't say the same for 3H in that aspect at least.

This is probably the strongest example of English voice work I've seen from a NoA localization. Pretty much everyone is acceptable and on-point. Considering what many dealt with in Fates, this is marked improvement

Pretty sure that's just based on current popularity rather than all-time. Mario Maker has been out for a while so sales make sense to slow. Pokemon is an expensive two-pack and still pretty far from release.

I've heard that it's not NoA doing the localization but Cup of tea productions however I don't know how accurate that is.

Cup of Tea records English audio, they don't translate the text which is still NOA's job.
