Rabbits fuck off if they are in a different room than Binah for too long, from what I could tell.
I've only seen her do 2 waves of Pillar meltdowns as most before she either dies or stops fucking with meltdowns.
Try doing Meltdown of Waves ASAP on phase 2 so your employees are in better shape on Phase 3, pause and use HP/SP bullets on employees that need it right before Phase 3 starts too. Make sure to pause and position your employees in places that take forever to reach so you can clear meltdown waves more efficiently. Another tip is to click on a department to check the list of employees and use mouse scroll to check the other department employees as well.
There isn't much strategy for phase 3 in my opinion, just do meltdown of pillars ASAP and keep employee health in check. Then again I rarely had rabbits piss off on P3 though.

For the first 2 phases just pause and send everyone to work on every meltdown, while whaling on her with strong agents/Rabbits. For phase 3 just move quickly, if you don't get all 8 meltdowns in time she'll wreck you, but if you do she cancels and starts taking way more damage.

That was a reused asset from the olderest versions. Basically you had to keep every abnormal in the facility happy (in the case of the fairy tale/alruine fags, neutral) to actually get energy and pass the day and if you touched the button outside of ordering work, it made everything in the facility unhappy which is pretty much a day ender since now everyone's draining away the energy you collected.
Could actually get info on it though which was neat.

What did it say? I don't think the notes are accessible in the current version.

Well I like the game a lot, so I'd definitely say that it's good. I'd recommend pirating it before you buy though, the gameplay may not be for everyone. Some fights will require a fair deal of micromanagement as you move employees around, but it's not like you need to memorize a bunch of hotkeys or something like that.
And the translation, while there are some hiccups here and there, is serviceable. I think there's only one outright translation error, and you might not even get the abnormality that has it.

The only tool abno that's really served a use for me is "You Must Be Happy", if it even qualifies. It was useful for Hod's suppression but that was about it. Pretty much the best thing to have for it, though, seeing as it can easily negate the stat downs.
