It was good for a playthrough.

But the trends it set in games after it make me resent it. Just wanna spit in Ellie's face and call her a nigger.

It wasn't made in Japan.

Because it still gets undeserved praise even now, so I’ll continue to point out its flaws for as long as people continue to ride its dick.

they still feel the pain of being BTFO

The multiplayer was great until they fucked with the loadouts and added a bunch of p2w shit. Might buy sequel for MP alone.

Oh, I'm sure that's why you want to do that. Out of anger, of course.

>made by a western studio
>sony exclusive
>got 11/10 in pretty much every publication
it's not hard to see why

sneed

Its just another zombie game thats over praised for its narrative when other games in reality surpasses its mediocre story and its mediocre gameplay.

It's pretty good for what it is. But since it was so popular and praised by every outlet, it became representative of the entire "movie game" trend.

What I'm trying to say is that people don't necesseraly hate TLOU, but they hate the trend it was a part of.

What did it do in 2017 that was so revolutionary? Cover based third person shooting? Ai partner that follows you around? Zombies? Barebones stealth? Throw brick to distract enemy? "MAYBE MAN IS THE REAL MONSTER!"?

I feel like Uncharted is a better series but nobody seems to drool over that as much as TLoU for some reason.

ape escape fans

Yes?

It will never stop being funny that Yea Forums was so sure that it was just FotM and no one would remember it. I savor those threads of fanny flustered elitists doing mental gymnastics to justify why they were right about no one actually liking it and its increasing popularity and longevity being a mistake.

>No one will remember it in a month
>No one will remember it when the next big game comes out
>No one will remember it in a year
>No one will remember it in two years

This went on and on until a thread where I distinctly remember two Yea Forumsirgins arguing that it wasn't a good game because it would never achieve gaming immortality like Ocarina of Time.

Thank God for anonymity, am I right? Imagine being those anons.

I can't finish it. It's so fucking boring.

That part with the giraffes was fucking stupid

It's an ok game at best, the only things that the game truly deserves praise is the animation, OST, art design and that's it, the SP has too many forced walking segments which sucks for replayability, essentially making the story drives the gameplay, should be the other way around.
The MP was top notch when it was first released, the closest to a third person squad shooter we've ever gotten to, then ND decided to Jew us by adding pay to win microtransactions, it was too unbearable to the point it was painful, completely ruined the best thing about the game.

>YES ELLIE WE TRULY ARE THE LAST OF US™

>those feet

I literally juts came 2 hours ago and I'm about to churn out another load now...thanks.

Because they think hating on popular things will make them look interesting. Which is never the case

It doesn't have lollis, isn't made in Japan or isn't Souls shit. So Yea Forums hates it.
