There. I just saved it and fixed all of it's critical flaws without raising the price.

NINTENDO...

I think the Nintendo fanboys are having a problem realizing this isn't for them. It's for people who haven't bought a Switch yet and are looking for a cheaper entry point with features stripped that are mostly going unused

The current dock sells for $90 so I don't know how you think that can go for $20 simply by making it smaller, since the tech will be the same. It's also not really a problem with the dock, the system has to be built with a chip that can run in docked mode operating clock speeds with adequate cooling, neither of which I suspect it has due to the form factor

Switch Lite is perfect at being what it's meant to be: a handheld. Stop trying to fix something that isn't broken

>>optional 20 dollar minidock that you can buy seperately
And just stare at it unless you buy a controller too
>>circle pads for comfort in your pocket
And two less buttons that some games already use, as you can't click the circle pads
>>A magnetic plate that connects to the front to cover your screen so you can safely throw it in your bag without damaging the screen
Why would a "magnetic plate" be any better than a separate cover of any kind? You can just put it in a cloth bag. Also ADDING a magnetic plate would increase the price.

The dock is extremely overpriced. Nintendo would still get a huge profit even if they sold it for $20.

>Called the Nintendo Switch because you can Switch it between the tv and handheld mode
>"guys we need a revision that loses the ability to Switch"

Not a revision, that's a new device entirely. Or they would need to rename it the Nintendo Mini like they renamed the 3DS after losing its 3D function.

>And just stare at it unless you buy a controller too
That's why its optional, boy

>And two less buttons that some games already use, as you can't click the circle pads
Okay you got me there, boy.

>Why would a "magnetic plate" be any better than a separate cover of any kind?
Just something you can mindlessly snap onto the screen without requiring any sort of added bulk

>Also adding a magnetic plate would increase the price
Something like that would cost them pennies. They wouldn't have to increase the price of the system at all for it, boy

Never respond to me again you uppity nigger

>circle pad starts to drift
>have to replace whole console now instead of just the faulty joycon

THANKS NINTENDO

You guys know this isn't replacing the regular switch, right?

>more portable version of the switch
>still no support for bluetooth headsets

They drift because they’re wireless. These obviously aren’t.

>circle pads

What? They’re obviously sticks.

I think the Nintendo fanboys are having a problem realizing this isn't for them. It's for people who haven't bought a Wii U yet and are looking for a cheaper entry point with features stripped that are mostly going unused such as the gamepad.

The current gamepad isn't even used for most games so I don't know how you think that they can get away with forcing it on people simply by bundling it with the console, since the tech will be the same without it. It's also not really a problem with the console itself, the system had to be built with normal controllers in mind since you can use normal controllers anyways.

Gamepadless Wii U is perfect at being what it's meant to be: a actual legit console without gimmicks. Stop trying to fix something that isn't broken.

Revisions typically are risky, and only start getting released when the base model is safe and with a decent install base. I'd say expect a revision once the Switch has worldwide sales of 50 million or more.

I bet that the sticks will brake in a couple of days.

The Joycon sticks are shit. I dont understand why they didn't use the classic controller stick... fuck nintendo..

Being overpriced is what Nintendo hardware has historically been about. The AC adapter alone sells for $30. They're not going to change it just because some people whine on an internet forum.

Your analogy while interesting is not on point

I don't get what point you're trying to make with this.

I still remember how Yea Forums reacted at the reveal of the Switch:
>"The dock is fucking $80 this thing is dead!"
>"$70 no gimmick controller DEADDD"
>"Nobody is buying this shit nobody"
>Quickly outsales the Wii U
>Becomes successful
>Yea Forums goes silent

So funny.

so literal children

Many many people kept complaining about the Wii U's gamepad, and stated they would wait for the revision with no gamepad. Then the system's generation ended (not early, it was the full 5 year cycle), and they gave up entirely. So they were never going to wait for a revision, they just wanted Nintendo to cater to them? I mean if they really wanted to play those games, wouldn't they have just took the bullet and played them with a pro controller instead?
