Literally played this bitch 30 times over. OST is top notch and a friendly reminder that the main antagonists did literally nothing wrong.

Sometimes I just like to drive around the open world, especially during dawn/early morning.

You know what, yeah. I don't really feel like it's the sort of game you need to rush out and play, but it's a pretty relaxing game with a lot of cool activities.

Have you guys played that spinoff game they made for 5? Every time I think about buying it I see a lot of really harsh reviews for it that turn me off.

I mean they are a bit crazy man

a bit too long imo, could have made it with less missions. but I agree, it was fun. also gorgeous game and amazing OST.

I don't play a lot of triple A shooters but yeah FC5 is fun. I don't get the mixed reviews on it.

Nah, didn't pick up New Dawn. I was considering it because I kinda needed a game that'd put my monitors HDR to good use but the level system they have in place was apparently really badly implemented in an attempt to push microtransactions (which were also a thing in FC5 admittedly, but become a non-issue if you have the double-skin perk and take 15 minutes to command Jess to kill deer and bears, since her bow means you get four skins per kill which should get you more than enough to buy the loadout you want)

Fine as a Co-Op/Podcast game---though you do lose the great OST.

Didn't care for the cop out ending and Ubi didn't have the balls to get as dark as the material demanded. Looked decent on PC.

They were also 100% right about everything. They would have saved a dickton of people had the deputy not fucked everything up. It’s the only Farcry where no matter what you do, you end up being wrong and losing anyway. Top fucking tier on Ubi’s part.

Almost every single random event either gives you a skill point or gives you ethanol. You can max out all skills (sans infinite upgrades) before the midpoint of the game. Once you get level three prosperity and get the tier three weaponbench all you need to get is the mg42 and the luger and you're set for the game. You can even continue to increase the damage of the weapons infinitely as well which only makes grinding for skill points and resources to upgrade the weapons even easier.
