Nigga loading is determined by the bottleneck, which is the hdd, upgrade to an m.2 pcie if you want to decrease your loading times. Ram has jack all to do with your loading, unless you create a Ramdisk.

take 16 now and expand later if you need to. use your own profile to see how much you are really using. don't go by internet comments. remember it's not just the game but multitasking/other background apps that you are trying to keep open. some people have more crap running than others. realistically i don't think a game by itself is going to use more than 12 but that can change. just monitor your own system.

I have only 8GB of RAM and can play pretty much any VR game just fine with it, though sometimes it does struggle with FO4VR. I can't see why you would ever need 32GB unless you never close any of your programs and always keep thousands of chrome tabs open.
