Haha I've done this a few times. Best example is a guy I played with in 07/08 on MW1. We dominated our lobby and worked well so thought we'd add each other. Never spoken a word to one another, communicate solely through the occasional message ("drink break" "smoke break"). That aside, it's pure business. He's still my favourite person to game with, we have the exact same taste and no matter what game it is we work well together.
