the trick is to only eat things you really really like and eat as much of it as you want. you will get tired of eating it, but you dont feel like you are on a diet, and when you feel like munching on something its easy to simply not do it because you remember you get to eat your favorite food later on.

Well yeah, it's a high-impact exercise. Doesn't mean it will affect everyone, but still there's the risk that if you do it for years and years with enough intensity, it can fucks up your joints as you get older. If you can get away with losing weight by doing low-impact exercise then I personally would choose that, especially since exercise should be a long term goal for everyone rather than a "hit it and quit it once your reach your goal" type of thing.

I walked monday-wednesday-friday and lift weights tuesday-thursday-saturday with sunday being my rest day. I eventually started jogging after awhile.
I went for a run after not going to the gym or exercising at all for a year and I basically collapsed at 15 minutes. I felt so embarrassed

I work between 2-12 give or take most days and it completely sucks for my workout. If I want 8 hours of sleep in addition to an hour of workout and an hour of getting ready for work I feel like I barely have any time at all. Not to mention I'm fucking tired all the time.

Used to do half marathons twice a month in the warmer seasons, now I'm 32 and my knees are pretty fucked and I can barely manage 5-10k a few times a week.
Jogging is an inherently boring exercise. Strength training days are more fun(except squats, they're painful)
I am not particularly diligent about aerobics. I do a lot of calisthenics and stretching though, so I'm lean and in okay shape.

Never had a reason to be in shape before, now I do(red hair, built like a goddess). Thankfully 215 was where I plateaued(at 170ish currently), so I don't have as long a journey as some do.

Yes they will, you can't target fat so you might just need to lose all of it if your body decides to get rid of that last, just got unlucky with the fat redistribution genetics.
That's not how it works, there is no specific exercise or muscle you have to work to make moobs or love handles, or your gut or whatever disappear. You have them because that's how YOUR' body stores it's fat reserves, the only way to get rid of them is the same way you get rid of any fat, for any person that ever lived: burn more energy than you are taking in. Keep at it with the exercising, but you also need to change your diet, exercise is only half of the solution.
So which one of the big gyms have the best treadmills? I dont know the brands, but Planet Fitness has pretty nice machines all around, and its cleaner than my local 24hrs Fitness. Specially because PF has the rolls of papers everywhere that people use to wipe the machines. Never been to Chuze.

This year I started running 3 times a week, and doing pushups 2 times a week. I was already kind of thin, just very weak. Now I'm just skin, bone and lean muscle. Went from 76kgs to like 70-71kgs. I don't even have a great diet desu.
Right now I can pump out 110 push-ups (in 4.5 sets) before I do the last 20 (half a set) off my knees. And I run for 20 minutes at 6mins10seconds per kilometer. I was running for 30 minutes, but then I got sick and fell back a few weeks. Still, this is the fittest I've ever been in my life.
All in all I think I've done ok for a couch potato. If I can make it, you can too boys.
In general a muscle takes three days to recover, so no, you don't want to be doing the exact same exercise every day. Look at any workout plan that's been proven effective, they all have one thing in common: different exercises on different days. Resting is an important part of any workout routine, lack of rest is one of the big injury causers, and injury can mean not just no progression, but loss of progress as well.
If youre just doing pushups alone for some reason, then you should do them everyday.

4 big compounds: squat, bench, deaflift, overhead perss. 6 sets of each on different days. After 3 weeks you're gonna feel more energetic than running on a fucken treadmill everyday.

If you're too lazy/poor to go to the gym like me just run outside. Also you need to run progressively longer distances or run faster to improve your stamina. It seems obvious but some people stick to the same routine for months and wonder why they don't see improvement
