Yeah, you can get rid of infected limbs if you like, and kinda get them back, if you're into fucking living corpses.

Not him, but it's a good game. Hard as hell though, almost feels like a rougelike. Also features lot of dicks and orgies.

There's way too much trial and error in it for its own good. It's a pretty good RPGmaker game, with a nice plot and a great atmosphere, specially once you reach the forgotten city, but the bullshit deaths and the more complex mechanics can easily drive away most players.
