Never had a problem with IGG games. Full scans find nothing and CPU/GPU use is appropriate. Granted, I've only pirated indie games from them---I use my private tracker for larger (easier to conceal malware) games.

Most modern miners are extremely hard to detect. They were found out with miners and lots of people on reddit confirmed it to the point where they no longer allow IGG games on there.

note just because you are infected with one doesn't mean it's running. it could just sit on your system and never be used. if you never notice anything wrong with your cpu/gpu usage then you are probably fine
