You have to really know what you want to do if you're going multicolor, a lot of strats just involve playing something and then pouring low cost buffs on it.

Singleplayer chronicle mode will get you like 15 packs. Other than that just leveling up and daily login stuff. 240 gold per pack is weird and I wish they would make it 100 like every other game

Yeah, I unlocked all the decks and did some challenges but I was wondering after that.

There's two rewards for each hero at 7 and 11, after that it's either daily login or buying whichever card you want with souls.

With higher levels (I think 20 onwards) you recieve shiny cards in bulk which help with soul trading if you need.

Any idea for a starting hero?

well you get some packs every day, you get packs with leveling up. and buy packs with gold, that being said, souls seem to be the best way to get a deck or two off the ground

They're all good but I'd say Wesker, Ryu, Chun and Mega Man have the best base arts. In any case it also depends on how you want to play, red is damage stacking, green is healing/stalling, purple is status stalling and black is necromancy / self harm

Git gud. My Wesker deck steamrolls almost everything.

they need to remove the time limit, the game encourages aggro/burn too much because of this combined with no penalty for decking out

it has potential but shit like this is really really stupid, in every other card game in existence he would lose for such a strategy, and while a something unique might be cool its a non interactive and unhealthy playstyle for a card game, especially one that revolves heavily around player interaction like this one

Reminder that crafting legendaries isn't worth. Legendaries are fine cards but none are required to make a deck, a lot of golden cards are way better. The only time it is worth to craft a legendary is if you buy the season pass which halves the soul cost to craft one once. If you do do this don't craft the legendary Ryu or Rathalos as they are free rewards from climbing ranked.

I'm having decent enough fun with it so far, but the balancing is all kinds of busted. Black all but just shits on most deck types and Nerg's Spike Launch is seriously just cancer if they want the game to have any semblance of balance.

I like the green cards and had to pretty much stop using X and switch to Chunners because of Spike Launch. There just isn't much most of the characters can do if the black cards can just insta kill your units without any/much trade off. It seems like the answer would be mixed decks, but the penalty for mixing colors just seems to steep against black decks.

Pretty good gameplay but the game was a victim of Disney's hand having too much power. The roster was fucked over by it, the marketing was fucking over by it, and the fanbase was fucked over by it. It ended up better then people memed it would be but worse then it could have been. S ad fate really.

If it's the same as Wesker's I could just plop down Chris or one of my Xs and do that trick on them. Honestly I had more issues managing cost against a Rathalos player but I also just picked up the game today

Megaman super gives a fuck about spikes If you are up against an actually good nerg deck/don't have gaia armor. Spikes combined with the other black card instant removals can completely shut down green decks before they even have a chance to do anything.

Green has a cheap card that seals abilities, you should keep one or two around for the occasional high damage flying unit.

The game isn't even out globally. What a shitshow. Also I quit enjoy it specially the waifus. At least the japs still have some ball left and put some titties in their games.

Hard to do because of the MTG rule of rainbow decks being a fucking bastard to make usable, the cards aren't sorted by series here like Weiss Schwarz or something

Spike does damage equal to that Nergigante self inflicted on himself. If I'm not mistaken it can be blocked by shield though.

It does not. The damage it does is in direct correlation to how much damage nerg has sacrificed in the match. If you are up against an decent enough nerg deck. Spike Launch can be a reliable party wipe WAY too early into a match.

Honestly I can't find myself using Charge Shot much, Heart Tank is way more helpful in terms of how green decks seem to work and I'm only considering the shield when I unlock it as a counter to Nergigante just because of how nice Heart Tank's been.

I would agree if it were a mere HS clone or something. The game is something that feels unique and the artwork even in the useless cards is really good. The only real problem of the game is that there is no PC client, not released globally for some weird ass reason and that some abilities and cards needs some change for balance purposes.

If you haven't already, unlock Chun's deck as I'm sure there's a lot of shield cards in there.

Yeah, Shields and Gaia armor can stop it, but Nerg is so rush down that whether or not you can actually get any of that up and stand I fighting chance is usually down to your starting draw. Other wise he just uses all of the black removals to fuck over the core of most green decks. It sucks.

All assholery aside, I genuinely would like to figure out an X deck that actually has a chance against Nerg. All of his options just require to much setup if Nerg is bum rushing for the Spike Launch setup.

Typical gacha stuff. Do the single player content for free stuff then log in daily and do your daily missions. The game is quite generous so far and I don't see a problem in making a good collection by the time a new expansion comes out in a couple of months.

I main X and have had no prob squashing Nergs by playing the long con. I consistently get dual rajangs with like 25 hp and end the game with at least 20 hp. X is easily the most broken.

The common removals are cards up to rank 3, 1/2 APs, sustained damage equal to that of unit's APs and self destroy one for a random enemy.

The AP one can be avoided by simply buffing the attacked card while the others are either situational (Rank3) or high cost (4-5-7MP)

They can be annoying but you can most likely play around them by looking at how the opponent plays and avoiding too many action cards.

Go to app settings and delete teppen data, this way you only have to download 20MB and can open the starting packs over and over until you get what you want.

Look up card effects and try what seems interesting in training or chronicles. The game doesn't explain much but you'll learn as you play.

Unlock all characters, build a deck based on the cards you opened, do single player chronicle stuff and get your free legendaries for climbing ranked

It's good. Matches are fast and are real time so there's no waiting for your opponent and you actually need decent reflexes and apm to respond to things. It's a new card game so it's the best time to start because nobody has everything and you can get a good collection before a new expansion comes out allowing you to keep up.
