2 is one of my fav games. Rand is best boy. I think it was my first game where I got to run my first “base.” Not only was it customizable depending on who you let live there, but it doubled as your fucking AIRSHIP. Then we had that shaman combo system with your characters for extra customization. So awesome.

Dragon system in 4 was such a step back from 3. Although I guess it would be fair to say it was simply a different take on it. I still prefer mix and matching my dragon DNA.
